Dr. Obioha Oti

Founder & National President, AMMBAN

Dr. Obioha Oti is a business leader and financial inclusion advocate with over two decades of experience in banking, fintech, and enterprise development. He serves as National President of the Association of Mobile Money and Bank Agents in Nigeria, CEO of Upswing Consulting and Training Limited, Founder of Experience To Enterprise Hub, Executive Director at 1App Technologies, Board Member at Medlitics Inc., and Strategic Advisor to Analytique Global.

Before his entrepreneurial work, he held leadership and business development roles at major financial institutions, including First Bank of Nigeria. He holds degrees in Engineering, a Doctor of Business Administration, and an Honorary Doctor of Laws, and belongs to several professional bodies including IMC-Nigeria, CIBN, NSE, and ICEN.

Michael Oladele Obafemi

National Program Director, AMMBAN

Michael Oladele Obafemi is an agency banking executive and financial inclusion specialist with over a decade of experience scaling agent networks across Nigeria. As the National Program Director of the Association of Mobile Money and Bank Agents in Nigeria, he established Neighbourhood Financial Inclusion Centres to provide identity and banking services in underserved areas, established the AMMBAN Training Institute for Agents and Merchants, and created strategic partnerships with institutions like SWAVE, WEMA Bank, and Jaiz Bank.

As an entrepreneur, he directs Tembet Solutions Limited, which operates agency banking locations across multiple states, and co-founded Lighthouse Technology Solutions Ltd, which manages electricity payments for thousands of agents nationwide. His earlier career includes roles in operations and business development at FirstBank Plc and serving as a regional sales supervisor for Paga. He holds a Bachelor of Technology and a Master of Business Administration, and is a member of the Nigeria Computer Society and the Nigeria Institute of Management.

Dr. Wisdom Solomon

Entrepreneurship Trainer & Leadership Coach

Dr. Wisdom Solomon is an entrepreneurship trainer, life and leadership coach, and metallurgical and materials engineer with over ten years of experience. He serves as the Managing Director of Hans Maximum Development Company, where he focuses on SME growth and capacity building, and as a Senior Consultant with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, supporting local business development and national training initiatives.

His work centers on entrepreneurship training, executive and youth leadership coaching, organizational capacity building, and strategic consulting. Through practical and results-driven programs, he has trained thousands of entrepreneurs and professionals across Nigeria to support job creation and community development. He holds an honorary doctorate fellowship from the Awedu Institute of Business Management and Leadership.

Dr. Osarenren Aigienohuwa

Academic, Governance & Microfinance Specialist

Dr. Osarenren Aigienohuwa is an academic, microfinance expert, and corporate governance specialist with extensive experience across academia, banking, taxation, and business advisory. He is a Lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the University of Benin, teaching and supervising students across accounting, finance, governance, and strategy.

In the financial sector, he helps establish microfinance institutions and trains industry leaders on governance, risk management, credit administration, and regulatory compliance. He serves as Chairman of both the Association of Non-Bank Microfinance Institutions of Nigeria (Edo State Chapter) and Microfinance Practitioners in Edo State, as well as an Executive Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (Edo State Branch). Additionally, he acts as a coach and facilitator for the Experience Is Capital Accelerator Programme.

He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting, an MBA, an M.Sc. in Accounting, and a Ph.D. in Accountancy. He is a Fellow of the CIBN, ACCA (UK), and CITN, as well as an Associate Member of ICAN.
